Our store deals with a very small number of complaints, but still sometimes it happens that we make a mistake or the product has a manufacturing defect. But we deal with such cases very quickly with an individual approach.

If something like this happens to you, call 608977020, Ms. Markéta will pick up the phone, please calmly explain what happened and we will arrange and handle it to your satisfaction. If it is a product of small value, or even a larger one, a photo of the defect will suffice for us, so you do not send us anything and we will refund the amount for the product, or we will send another one if we have it in stock.

By law, we have 30 days to file a complaint, but in 99% of cases we handle it within 2-3 days.
